Saunya has worked in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and worked with her husband Mark in creating Team Schow to cover your all your mortgage Needs. She has worked as a loan officer, loan processor and branch manager in the mortgage industry since 1999. She was part owner of Secured Financial Freedom, a mortgage brokerage that opened in 1996. She partnered with Debt Free Living as their preferred mortgage lender, and later with Franklin Covey, PEI and their real estate investment group headed by Carlton Sheets. In partnerships with some other banks Secured Financial grew to be a full national broker in all 50 states.
Saunya was the secretary for the Utah Association of Mortgage Brokers in for several years and devoted much of her career to improving lending practices amongst both mortgage brokers and lenders alike.
In 2010 Saunya started Reverse My Mortgage with her husband Mark and marketed reverse mortgage products for several local and national lenders, and later started originating these mortgages.
Saunya has experience in working with real estate investors, reverse mortgage clients, as well as conforming, FHA, VA and USDA consumers.
